Dr. Lumpp grew up in Cooper City, a suburb of Ft Lauderdale. After graduating high school, she attended Broward College where she received her certified dental assisting degree. She started working in a dental office as an assistant and receptionist. Two years later while working part time, she graduated from Palm Beach State College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. After working in dentistry for 11 years, Dr Lumpp decided to go back to dental school and received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from University of Florida. She was one of only eight students chosen yearly for the national dental honor society. Dr Lumpp received several awards while a student in dental school. Dr Lumpp is a member of the American Dental Association, Northwest Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Leon County Dental Association. She was the president of the Leon County Dental Association in 2007-2008. Dr Lumpp is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. In 1999, Dr Lumpp moved to Tallahassee where she purchased a dental practice. In 2004, she built a new office directly behind Capital Regional Medical Center. On a personal note, Dr Lumpp is married to Keith and has a son named Matthew. She likes to spend time with her family at the pool or beach. She likes to golf and work out, but has not been able to find the time to do either.
